Your customers are probably beginning to see a premium increase in their upcoming auto renewal. While we have experienced some inflationary relief during the past few years, used car values and the cost of vehicle repairs continue to have an impact on industry loss ratios.  Therefore, the coverages most impacted again will be Collision, Comprehensive and 3^rd party Property Damage. 

The good news is that we needed very little rate increase in the injury coverages.
